Cancelling your workshop place
Should you need to cancel your attendance at a workshop, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to re-allocate your place. If we are able to do this, we will refund the workshop fee you have paid in full.
If we are unable to fill your place, refunds will be given depending on the notice given to us, as follows:
30 days or more
A full refund will be given.
Between 29 and 14 days
A 50% refund will be given.
Less than 14 days
No refund will be given.
If we need to cancel the workshop
To date this has never happened, however should we have to cancel the workshop we will give you as much notice as possible and will refund the fee you have paid in full. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for any accommodation or transport costs paid.
